At Pink Vanilla, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached for a full refund.

Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside to help our team identify your order.
Post Your Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the front of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
